Benedikt Fohr, has been the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil) since April 2019.

Before joining the HK Phil, Benedikt was the Orchestra Manager (CEO) of Deutsche Radio Philharmonie Saarbrücken Kaiserslautern (DRP) (2006 – 2019) and was highly regarded for his long-term commitment to the orchestra. Previously, he was the General Director of the Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra (2001 - 2006), Secretary General of the Camerata Salzburg (1996-2001) and Managing Director of the Ensemble Recherche, Freiburg (1989 - 1996).

Benedikt was educated in Germany and holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim.

Mark Pemberton is Chief Executive of the Association of British Orchestras, which exists to champion, connect and develop professional orchestras and youth ensembles across the UK. After graduating from Oxford University he started his career in arts management as Administrator of the professional touring theatre company Quicksilver Theatre for Children, before moving to leading drama conservatoires Drama Centre London as its General Administrator and Mountview Theatre School as Head of Development & Marketing. Before joining the ABO he was Chief Executive of the National Operatic and Dramatic Association, the UK’s representative body for amateur and community theatre, during which time he served as chair of Voluntary Arts England. He is currently chair of the UK's National Music Council, which exists to promote the interests of the music sector as a whole. He was awarded an OBE in the New Year Honours 2022 for services to music.

Anselm Rose acts as CEO of Rundfunk Orchester und Chöre GmbH Berlin / Radio Orchestras and Choirs Berlin Ltd. (ROC Berlin), which is the holding company for Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin (Robin Ticciati), Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin (Vladimir Jurowski), Rundfunkchor Berlin (Gijs Leenaars) and RIAS Kammerchor (Justin Doyle). He is initiator and managing partner of the German Orchestra Congress (Deutscher Orchestertag).

Rose was CEO/Intendant of the Dresden Philharmonic Orchestra and initiated the construction of a new concert hall in the Dresden Kulturpalast (opened 2017) and played a key role in the process of conception and implementation. Before that, he held the same position with the Munich Symphony, acted as Managing Director of the Stuttgart Chamber Orchestra and as CEO of the Bergische Symphoniker - Solingen / Remscheid GmbH (Ltd.). The graduate administrative scientist studied law, economics and political science at the University of Konstanz as well as American cultural management as part of an Eisenhower Fellowship in the USA. He published specialist publications (including Der Städtetag, European Journal of Cultural Economics, Das Orchester) and gives national and international lectures and seminars as part of conferences, symposia and culture management curricula.
